The scope of work covered the complete supply chain process, including sourcing, quality control, specialized packaging, and international sea freight operations. All stages — from mineral procurement to final delivery on board the vessel — were managed under the direct supervision of our commercial and logistics team to guarantee the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with international export requirements.
Scope of Services & Operations
Product Supply & Quality Assurance
- Supply of high-purity celestine in compliance with the technical specifications and industrial standards required by the Indian chemical and mineral industries.
- Professional sampling and chemical analysis prior to loading to ensure product consistency and full conformity with the buyer’s contractual specifications.
- Provision of comprehensive laboratory reports, including purity percentage, mineral composition, moisture content, and other critical technical parameters requested by the client.
Export Packaging & Cargo Preparation
- Design and execution of export-grade packaging using standard 20-foot international shipping containers.
- Application of moisture-resistant protective layers and coverings to prevent water penetration, humidity exposure, and quality degradation during maritime transportation.
- Supervision of loading operations and proper weight distribution within containers in accordance with international transportation safety standards.
Logistics & International Shipping Management
- Professional advisory services for selecting the most efficient, secure, and cost-effective sea freight route.
- Full coordination with international shipping lines, port operators, and transportation companies to ensure seamless execution of export operations.
- Management of shipping documentation and logistics procedures, including vessel booking, port coordination, loading schedules, and operational supervision through final delivery.
Final Delivery & Contract Execution
- Successful delivery of the entire shipment on board the vessel at Kandla Port, India, in accordance with the agreed delivery schedule.
